What was the highlight of Casa Centro Mykonos

Stylish and very central apartment!

The room was very stylish, clean with great comfortable facilities such as the bed, aircon, fridge and TV. The bathroom was a great addition to the experience!

Negative: Sadly the noise from the nearby bar was loud and kept us wake until the early morning hours.

Ideal for a wuick one night stay, maybe other apartments have a better view

We were only here one night due to a change in ferry times and did not expect the centre of Mykonos to be quiet and it wasn't, but this is to be expected

Negative: No where on balcony to dry clothes. States city view but only saw dirty flat roof opposite and a bin alley from Room 2

What was the highlight of Casa Centro Mykonos

Not worth it

The apartment is close to the centre, and the owner was nice and let us check in a bit earlier. They left us water bottles because tap water isn't safe to drink. Also, the view from the window and you can see the sunrise.

Negative: The booking says our unit has a balcony (it says so for every unit), but the only balcony we saw was the entrance to the building, meaning it isn't a private balcony as we expected.
We stayed at the unit 3, which is on the second floor, along with unit 4, and it was pretty difficult to get our suitcases up the stairs, as they are very very narrow.
The room wasn't cleaned well, the bed covering had stains and there were long hairs on the floor (not ours, we both have short hair). Because Mykonos is so windy the window kept banging through the night.
Also, the code for the door is so simple and it makes it pretty obvious what the code for the other rooms is, so anyone staying in the building can enter your room at any point.
It is just not worth the money, we paid less in Santorini and got an amazing room.

Don’t waste your time

Negative: I have been lied to regarding leaving my suitcase for a couple of hours on my departure day. Literally lied to via message.
Location is good but if you want to sleep please forget- there is a bar where music plays till very late. Super loud.

Non existant, rude and offensive customer service. You get different room than the one you booked.

The location was good.

Negative: I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I rented an apartment and got given another one. I contacted the property and the staff were talking to me with a very offensive and ironic tone. When I explained that the room I booked was a different one to the one I checked in their answer was: Does it have any difference in the facilities? Did the room you booked had a pool and the one you checked in didn’t?

Also in the conversation they mentioned a few times that they own hotels and villas around the island trying to make a point that I don’t deserve customer service since I don’t rent their top accommodations.

Extremely rude, never had such a customer service experience in my life. I was in shock with the way the person was talking to me on the phone.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVER!

Lovely in Mykonos

The room was very clean, bed had crisp white linens and comfortable mattress. Good light entered through the double doors. The shower had plenty of hot water. Air conditioner worked great.

Negative: Mykonos is a maze. Using navigation on our phone to find the room was necessary for us.

Bad

Negative: Ants all over the room!
No reception - this should be made clearer prior to booking!

To the properties response - we stayed 1 night, didn't see cleaning staff, or ask for late checkout - seemingly they are lying to make themselves look better. Please see the message I received from them privately.
